How do I create an account?

If you don’t already have a customer account with Chandler, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the setup process. Click here to request an account

I don’t have an account. Can I still order?

Currently, an account is required to place an order.

How do I log in to my account?

If you’re part of a JD Irving program with Chandler, use the JDI SSO button to sign in. Otherwise, your program administrator can provide your login details. If you’re unsure who that is, please email our Apparel Team.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click Sign In at the top right of the site, then select Forgot Password? Enter your username (the email on file), and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I add an item to my cart?

Select the product colour & colour (if applicable), then click Add to Cart. The item will appear in your shopping cart.

How do I review my cart?

Click the Cart icon in the top right corner to review items, update quantities, or remove products. You’ll also see stock availability there.

How do I place an order?

Once your cart is ready, click Checkout and follow the step-by-step instructions for billing, shipping, and payment. You’ll have a final chance to review your order before it’s submitted.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and MasterCard for online purchases. If your account allows Purchase Orders or includes an allowance, those options will apply automatically. A credit card is only required if you exceed your allowance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find this information in your order history.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact our Business Support Team as soon as possible. Please note: orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or if items are altered or decorated. 

How do I process a return?

Please email [email protected] , and our team will provide the steps required to process your return and determine its eligibility

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped using approved carriers based on your account setup.

Can my order be shipped to another address?

Yes, orders can be shipped anywhere in Canada, if your program allows it.

Can I pick up my order at a Chandler location?

Yes. Simply select Pick Up during checkout to see available options.

How is my personal information used?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

What is a CVN?

A CVN (Card Verification Number) is the 3- or 4-digit code on your credit card. It helps prevent unauthorized purchases and is never stored or printed on receipts.
